  • Hobby Lobby Fabric? - The Quilting Forum - Missouri Stars Quilt Community
Re: Hobby Lobby Fabric? Nice to hear good reviews so far I was impressed with the fabric -- for it not being a quilt shop -- and hoping the fabric I purchased washes well and will make for good quilting fabric They had several prints that I have seen online from either fabric com or elsewhere -- including some Wizard of Oz themed fabric
  • Sew-ology Thread - The Quilting Forum - Missouri Stars Quilt Community
I was recently at Hobby Lobby and saw that Coats and Clarks thread is on clearance and there is a new rack for Sewology Thread Has anyone used this brand? How would you rate the quality? Sew-ology thread is not suitable for hand quilting, very thick, hard to thread, draggy, twists very badly

Re: Soft and Stable vs Pellon FF77 stabilizer Good to know I did know it was only 20" wide and only plan on buying it when if I can get it at 50% off On a side note, the other day I found that Hobby Lobby has 40% coupons online that you can print out and use in the store, once a day I used it on 971F which is much denser than 987F, but I have not used it yet I think I will like it!

  • Kona Cotton - The Quilting Forum - Missouri Stars Quilt Community
Re: Kona Cotton I have been happy with the few quilting fabrics purchased at Hobby Lobby -- all have been prints (Wizard of Oz and other novelty) Someone previously posted on this forum in past year or so that they thought different Kona fabric was sold at chain vs quilt stores I cannot confirm By the way -- I prefer Bella Solids over Kona; I just don't like the weight and feel of Kona as
