Spokane County Voucher waiting list is CLOSED North Counties (Lincoln, Stevens, Pend Oreille, and Ferry Counties) waiting list will be open March 18th, 2026 at 8:00 A M and close on March 31st at 5:00 P M Preference will be given to applicants who live, work in, or have been hired to work in one of the listed counties

Rental Unit Landlord Eligibility: A rental unit is generally eligible for the HCV Program if it is rent reasonable and it passes an inspection based on U S Department of Housing Urban Development’s Housing Quality Standards
